Our experience was enjoyable from the moment we checked in. the location was convenient and ideal, particularly close to Paddington tube. - Our room was a nice size and included an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and satellite TV.

I spent here 1 good day and would stay here again. My quadruple room with generally clean and clean bedding and four bedroom was functional. It had coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator, nonetheless the views were awful. The location of the hotel was comfortable, very close to underground so you could hear the train rumbling till late...

Well priced hotel and a cheap room. The staff was very professional and the setting was decent. Comfortable beds, satellite TV, central heating and a refrigerator in the room.

We loved the spacious quadruple room with its fridge and the thought of staying in there all day, plus the convenience of having coffee and tea-making facilities.

This place is really close to everything in Paddington. The tube is across the road and many pubs and eating venues are within a minutes’ walk from the front door. There is a nice area just outside the hotel where you can sit on a park bench and relax.

There is no lift so if you have a lot of baggage, you will find it taxing getting to your room if it is on an upper level, especially the third or fourth level.

The atmosphere created was family. The location was magnificent and lovely, a minute walk from Norfolk Square Gardens. And the area was lively, near the centre of Londonand the most famous attractions as well as convenience stores.

This place is on point when it comes to value. the room was clean and didn't break the bank. It had everything you needed like a mini-fridge, a kettle for your tea or coffee needs, and central heating to keep you cozy. 🔥

There were plenty of breakfast options available including croissants, toast, cereals, hot waffles, and fruit.

The position is very good. 100 meter away from tube ( Circle Line, District and Bakerloo ).

Bathroom is little, but we was four friends in a room.

Good location, personnel on reception very friendly and helpful, very handy for mainline and tube stations

This is my 3rd time at this hotel, so you might say I'm satisfied. People are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for travel. I will stay there again next time I'm in London.

Near Paddington station.

First floor rooms could not open windows so fan would have been nice.

All in all decent setting not far from London's capital and London.

The room was quiet and cheap and had useful amenities like a fridge, electric kettle, and central heating. the location in a safe area was comfortable, with convenience stores and shops nearby. Great value, we would stay here again.

This hotel is a shocker, we had booked for 3 nights and jumped ship after 1 harrowing night, we had 5 beds in one tiny room 3 of us were itchy all night, fire alarm went off at around 1am for no reason, bathroom was just plain dirty, shower rose spread water everywhere but on you, all this may be okay for a backpacker if the price was right but we paid around $750 aud which was not a budject price. We went around the corner to mercure hotel and had 2 great nights in a clean modern and friendly well run hotel for $480 which was terrific value considering that was 2 rooms, the mercure even has a lift. Also shakespeare refused any refund even for 3rd night which was a disgrace avoid it at all costs.
